Currently freelancing


I told myself I would take a break during Thanksgiving, but clearly that did not end up happening.

Sweet potato fries! Yes! I don't have a recipe--I just scrub them up and cut them into strips that kind of approximate fries--they always end up looking kind of weird, but they're delicious, so who cares? Then just toss them with lots of olive oil, salt, and pepper (I bet you could get fancy with your spices, too), put them in one layer on a baking sheet, and bake 'em for like 20-25 minutes at 425. Don't worry if they burn a little on the bottom--I think that makes them extra tasty.
